if you think you found a bug. These options are outlined below, please use them freely.

Help Desk which is available to licensed users of our products. The Help Desk is available
from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, (ET in North America) each business day. This Help Desk is staffed by
first and second-level technical support professionals.
