How are the Maximum and Minimum Buffer Sizes Calculated?

XML Thunder uses the design of the “Edit” pane to calculate the maximum and minimum buffer sizes.

Maximum: XML Thunder will max out all variable length fields, use the highest possible value for numeric fields, count all optional elements as present and consider the largest member of any given XML Choice.

Minimum: XML Thunder will consider all variable length text fields as 1 byte long, use the lowest possible value for numeric values, count all optional elements as missing and consider the smallest member of any given XML Choice.
