Extended Character Sets

For XML Thunder to support extended character sets, please follow the instructions below:

Open the handler in XML Thunder, then go to the nemu "XML Handler | Properties"



To bring up the XML Handler Properties dialog; then select 'Code Generation' and the 'COBOL' tab and select the option labelled 'Translate Numberical character References'



With this option enable, nurmerical reference in the XML document will be converted to the appropriate character; for example:
